Shoshee Hui is a zealous and compassionate advocate for workers in all facets of employment law matters. Shoshee focuses her practice in the areas of employment discrimination, harassment, whistleblower retaliation, and wrongful termination. On occasion, she also defends employees against cross-claims brought by their employers. Additionally, Shoshee represents employees who have been denied wages, breaks, accommodations, or safe working environments, and investigates and litigates violations of the False Claims Act. Shoshee is experienced in single-plaintiff, multi-plaintiff, representative, and class actions and has successfully litigated a range of matters from pre-trial to settlement, trial, and/or appeal.

Shoshee Hui was named as the Firm’s newest partner in January 2024. She began working as an associate attorney in December 2016 after working as a law clerk for two years during law school.
